Connor is an older boy at almost 9 years old Maremma who is looking for a forever home where he can shower his new family with love. This gentle, affectionate boy is fantastic with people and other dogs, making him an ideal companion for a variety of households. He’s a calm and loving soul who just wants to be by your side!

Connor will thrive in a home with a large or rural yard where he can enjoy the outdoors. He has a soft spot for human company and isn’t particularly interested in toys; instead, he’ll be happiest cuddling up to you or just hanging out by your side.

Due to some matted fur when he arrived, Connor currently has his rear end shaved, and ongoing grooming will be an important part of his care routine moving forward. Consistent professional grooming will ensure he stays comfortable and healthy and is a requirement of adoption.

Connor may be suitable in a home with cats, but only with proper guidance and supervision. He’s also possibly okay with small children, as long as there’s correct supervision given his size and calm temperament.
