About Crickett
Meet Crickett - D250115!
Crickett is a sweet, timid girl looking for a patient and understanding forever home. At 2 years old, she’s still a little shy and reserved, but she has a heart full of love. Crickett will need time and patience to come out of her shell, but once she bonds with you, she’s incredibly affectionate and loyal. She enjoys curling up in your lap for cuddles and seeking reassurance from her trusted humans.
Crickett would thrive in a quiet, calm home where she can gradually build her confidence. Crickett gets along famously with other dogs and would do well with a canine companion in her new home.
Crickett would do best in home with a good-sized backyard where she can play and explore at her own pace, she does however need secure fencing. Crickett does get anxious when left by herself so a home where she is not left alone for long periods of time would be ideal.
Crickett walks on a lead but is cautious and needs a gentle guide while out on walks. She will need training and support to help her gain confidence in new situations. With time, patience, and positive reinforcement, Crickett will become the loving and sweet companion you’ve been searching for.
If you’re looking for a sweet loving kelpie mix, Crickett might just be the perfect fit for your home. If you think you can offer Crickett the time and patience she deserves please complete the online adoption questionnaire and include photos of your secure yard and fencing. Our shelter staff will be in touch if your application is successful to arrange a meet & greet!
