Lana

Hi my name is Lana and I am an approx 2yo golden Spoodle and ex breeding dog. I look like a big teddy bear and love cuddles and sitting on you.

I can still be nervous around new people but have opened up alot with my foster family, but I do still prefer women and take longer to warm up to men.
I am fine with dogs, cats and children but would be more suited to a house with an older family as I'm still a bit nervous of young children in my face. I also prefer non boisterous dogs and would probably prefer a smaller dog as a sibling.

I would love my adoptive family to be home more often than not as my favourite thing to do is to sit on my humans lap and cuddle.

As a spoodle I do need regular grooming as my coat mats easily but I do not shed much! My breed is also prone to ear infections due to my lovely soft floppy ears, so I need my family to keep an eye on that.

I am toilet trained but don't ask to go outside so will need to be put out every few hours, or I will happily use a doggy door!

I am not food motivated at all (which does make training a bit tricky) and prefer to graze at my food all day, so my foster mum feeds me in my crate at night so my siblings don't eat my food.
Overall I am a sweet, cuddly girl who will give you so much love once I get to know you!

Oh and PS: My new family must let dogs on the bed/couch as I prefer to spend 99% of my time there, I am not a floor dog! 😉
