About Wally
Let me introduce you to Wally or Wally Walter (he answers to Wally more than Walter) a handsome 12 month old Kelpie x Blue Heeler who came from a rural NSW pound and has a super chilled nature.
Wally is currently living with his foster dog and 2 cats and doesn’t really annoy any of them, he can easily amuse himself by playing with his toys or a ball. So far he hasn’t shown any signs of chewing or destroying things, which is really good.
For a young dog, Wally is great on a lead and doesn’t pull while going for walks, which he loves and knows as soon as the dog leads appear, he goes and waits at the door. With more training it won’t take him long before he will come on re-call whilst off lead. He loves meeting people whoever they may be and is good with other dogs. Wally is toilet trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside.
Wally is a snuggler and just loves cuddles and being the heeler x, he loves to be wherever you are and why would you use a dog bed when there are couches and a bed to sneak on for a sleep.
Wally isn’t dependant on another dog, but if there is one he would be fine with a friend. I would say Wally is a very versatile dog and will fit in with any lovely family home with or without children and animals. I guess being half Kelpie, exercise, stimulation and play would be very important.
