Hi there! My name is Scrabble, but I also go by Brutus. I’m a 6-month-old Staffy mix with more pros than cons to share with you.

Although I’m still a puppy, you don’t have to worry too much because I have impeccable manners. I’m great with guests, fantastic with children of all ages, and fully house-trained. I don’t steal my sister’s food until she allows me to eat her scraps, and I’m pretty much through the chewing stage—except for one cane basket that lost its life a few days ago (I’m blaming the basket for that incident!).

I haven’t been tested with cats yet, but given my very placid nature, I’m guessing I’d be fine with them. On walks, I prefer to stay close to you rather than pulling frantically on the lead. I’m not ball-driven like other dogs; I just enjoy running around and playing with others.

My favorite pastime includes having my belly rubbed, embedding my head into the neck of a human, and waiting at the fridge in hopes of receiving a piece of cheese or anything else on offer. Oh, and I love emptying the toy box, only to watch it get refilled at least ten times a day.

I enjoy playing with my foster sister, even if she’s a bit older and a little grumpy. I also like to chill out and relax in the standard Staffy position—on my back with my arms stretched up in the air.

I think I’d prefer to go to a home with a second puppy, but as long as I’m loved and get to interact with other dogs out and about, I’ll be happy anywhere.
