Meet Jimmy D250009 – 8 Month Old Black Sharpei x Male

Jimmy is an 8-month-old, black Sharpei mix who is looking for a loving home with a family that can give him the patience and care he needs to thrive. Though Jimmy is sweet, he's a bit shy and timid, especially in new environments or around new people, so he’ll do best in a home with older children (10 and up) who can respect his space and allow him to come out of his shell at his own pace.

Jimmy is still learning the ropes, but he already knows how to sit on command, showing that he’s eager to learn and respond to training. He’s a smart pup who will benefit from continued training and socialization to help him build confidence.

Jimmy may get along well with other dogs and possibly even cats or small animals, though a careful introduction will be important to ensure he feels comfortable. His ideal home is one where he can feel secure and loved, with owners who are experienced or willing to work on training and provide him with positive reinforcement.
