About Led Zeppelin
Hi there heavy metal lovers! My name is Led Zeppelin, or "Zeppy" for short!
My foster parents say I am the best little man and have the sweetest nature. I am also very handsome if I do say myself!
I’m only 9 ½ months old with the softest puppy fur, and awesome butterfly wings patches on my back.
I am a male Staffy x who was impounded in a rural NSW pound. You may remember my sister Fleetwood Mac? We both came from a property with over 70 dogs!
I am currently 19kg and am taller than an English staffy. I may grow just a little more in height and bulk out.
But enough about my past, this is loveable me:
I’m a medium-energy boy who enjoys easy walks with lots of sniff time, playing with toys, zoomies, and—best of all—snoozing.
I can be a little timid at times and might let out a gruff bark if I’m feeling unsure. New and unfamiliar surroundings make me nervous, so my new humans will need to introduce me to new environments slowly and be understanding when I get scared by loud noises or new things.
My new parents must be confident and not growl at me for my nervous bark. They must let me know they they have things under control.
Occasionally, I might give a guard bark, but only if it doesn’t interrupt my favourite activities like snoozing or playing with toys.
To make sure I stay social, my new humans will need to continue with my socialising with people and other dogs.
I MUST be rehomed with another friendly dog as I feel safe with my older foster brother. My confidence will build with another dog to show me the ropes.
I would be happiest in a home where someone is around most of the time. I love hanging out with my foster family - especially enjoy lying on the couch with them and watching TV.
Also, being a young dog, I am in a chewing phase. So if you go out, make sure all things enticing to chew are kept out of my reach.
I am learning how to be on my own in the house. So even though I won’t bark, I might get in a panic, do a run around the house and find something to chew.
I have leaned to sit, am toilet trained, go every morning to cafes in Melbourne. I walk beautifully on the lead and am super dog friendly. I haven't met any cats yet.
I have been tested with children 6 years and I am so gentle with them. I'd love a family with kids to play with.
I am not a dog to keep in the backyard. I must be included as part of a family and not told to remain on a matt inside the house
If you think you could be my perfect match and can offer me a great home where I'm a treasured member of the family, I'd love to meet you!
