About Dom Perignon
We at Home2Home believe everyone deserves the joy that cat guardianship brings! We love seeing wonderful cats matched with loving adopters, and we don’t want adoption fees to be a barrier to you bringing a loving cat into your heart and home. So if Dom sounds like the cat for you, we ask you to nominate your own adoption fee amount. There is no minimum or maximum amount required, and all adoption fees continue to fund PetRescue’s life-saving programs that support pets and people!
Dom is a gentleman with a personality as sunny as his favourite lounging spots. He’s a charming mix of intelligence, independence, and friendliness wrapped up in a cuddly ball of fur. This handsome boy loves being around people and will be waiting by the door to greet you the moment you get home. Whether he's chasing lights, curling up in his favourite blanket by the window, or lounging in a sunbeam, Dom knows how to live life to the fullest.
True to his affectionate nature, Dom adores attention and will gladly soak up all the love you have to give. Brushing is his ultimate treat—he could sit there for hours, purring contentedly as you pamper him. Evenings are his time to shine as the king of lap-sitting. If you’re looking for a Netflix buddy who’s more about snuggles than spoilers, Dom is your guy. And don’t be surprised if he stretches out and rolls over, dog-style, inviting you for a belly rub. It’s his signature move that never fails to melt hearts.
Dom’s playful spirit is still very much alive, especially when toys on strings or light reflections are involved. He’s young at heart and always ready for a bit of fun. But don’t be fooled—he’s also a loyal and gentle soul who values his downtime, often choosing a cozy spot near his humans for a good nap. His routine is well-oiled, and he loves predictability, making him the perfect companion for a calm, adult-only household where he can be the centre of attention.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
