About Jaxon
Are you ready to fall head over heels for a furry bundle of joy? Meet Jaxon, the charming four-legged friend who's eager to fill your home with laughter, love, and a dash of mischief!
Jaxon looking for a family who will love his hound nature and vocal personality.
He’s the perfect mix of energetic and cuddly, making him a fantastic companion for both outdoor adventures and cozy nights. Jaxon adores running around and playing fetch, and his favourite game is a tug-of-war with his beloved toys. When he’s not romping outside, you’ll find him happily snuggled up by your bedside or on the couch, ready for a cuddle session.
This social butterfly loves everyone he meets, from kids to adults, and he’s great with other dogs and cats. Jaxon’s friendly and outgoing nature means he’s always excited to make new friends, whether they’re human or furry. His playful energy is balanced by his soft, affectionate side, making him the ideal pet for a family that enjoys both activity and relaxation.
He shows his affection by putting his paw on you, jumping up to say hello, or gently placing his paw on the bed for a morning head rub. When sitting down, he’ll put his front paws on your lap and look up at you, clearly asking for attention and head rubs.
Jaxon’s day starts with a friendly nudge and a nose in your face to wake you up then having a run outside and, after breakfast, hitting the couch for a snooze. In the afternoon, he has a run, likes to chase the ball, and, after dinner, chills out in front of the wood heater alongside the cat. Oh, and not forgetting his special evening treat, scooby snacks, but to him, they are Nooby Nacks!
Jaxon would thrive in an active household with plenty of outdoor space to run and play, ideally in a rural setting. He is used to rural living and is horse and livestock aware. He’s incredibly social, loves kids, and is always excited to meet new people and dogs. He’s strong on the lead at first but settles down after a bit.
Jaxon will eat anything - yes, seriously! He has no allergies or illnesses we know of. The only thing that is quite funny really is if he smells a sharp smell, like lemon juice or hand sanitiser, he suddenly goes down on all fours and barks as if to say - what is that smell!
If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will shower you with unconditional love and endless joy, Jaxon is your guy. Come meet this delightful doggo and see for yourself why he’s a great fit for your family.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Following adoption - change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on listing) will be provided.
