Meet Scout, a gorgeous, fluffy tabby boy with amazing eyes and a gentle soul.

Not even a year old, Scout is still finding his way in the world and needs a little extra time to feel completely safe and secure and relaxed. That’s why he’s looking for a foster-to-adopt situation where he can slowly build trust and learn to embrace the love he deserves and his new family can be sure that it is a happy outcome!

Scout is a sweet and sensitive and very cat social, getting along with other cats extremely well. He’s still timid around humans and enjoying being touched is still something new to learn. Scout does not rush into things, but with patience and understanding, he’ll come out of his shell and become a beloved member of his family.

What Scout needs most is a calm and patient family who understands that trust takes time. He’s looking for someone who will allow him to settle in at his own pace, offering consistent encouragement and enough space as he becomes more comfortable in his new environment. He is looking for an calm home with at least one confident resident cat to support him in his journey. He's a wonderful companion to a cat, and with time also to humans!
