About Hermione
Say hello to Hermione, a bundle of joy who effortlessly radiates charm every day. With enough cuteness to melt hearts, Hermione has the power to lighten up any room with her presence.
Hermione is all about embracing life's most joyful moments. An enthusiast of playtime, she's forever ready for games, be it a friendly tussle with her soft plush toys or a fun fetch-session in the local park. An eternal optimist, Hermione finds pleasure in life's simplest pleasures, and her zest for life is truly contagious.
This delightful canine pal is the true embodiment of unconditional love. Hermione's humans will quickly become the centre of her universe. She'll treat your return home each day like the grandest event, waiting eagerly to show you just how much she's missed you. She's always there to lend a listening ear, cheer you up with her vivacious antics, or simply offer warmth by snuggling next to you on a cozy evening.
When Hermione is not engaged in playful pursuits or showering you with affection, she's usually seen engaging in some downtime by her favourite spot in the house. Her calming presence can have a therapeutic effect on those around her. It's a bonus that she's quick to adapt to new environments, making moving into unfamiliar spaces a breeze.
Behind her adorable eyes, Hermione bears an affectionate heart that yearns for a welcoming new family that she can call her own. With ample love and commitment, this pawfect furry friend can promise you a bond that grows stronger, one day at a time. Let Hermione enter your life, and watch it fill with unspeakable joy and unending love.
Adoption details
Regardless of the breed of animal you are looking to adopt, our adoption process is the same.
The first step of the process involves submitting an adoption application form. The form helps us understand a little bit more about you and your household and is used to figure out whether animal is the right fit for your household and what you are looking for, and also if your household is the right fit for the animal.
After a review process, shortlisted applicants will be contacted by one of our volunteer adoption coordinators usually by phone call or message. This is an informal conversation to discuss any questions we may have about the application and re-confirm any information provided. It is usually at at this point that we will organise a Meet & Greet with you and the animal.
It is a Strong Heart’s adoption policy to arrange a Meet & Greet with the prospective family and the animal before finalising the adoption. The Meet & Greet will allow the opportunity to visit the animal and have a pat and a play with them. The foster carer will tell you a bit about the animal's personality and what they have been like for the time they’ve been in their care. It is a great opportunity to ask the carer about the animals food, sleeping and any other health requirements.
If the Meet & Greet goes well on the day, in most cases you will be able to take the animal home straight away after payment of the adoption fee. All necessary paperwork including vet work history and transfer of ownership information will be sent via email within a few days unless otherwise specified.
