About Angus
Meet Angus, a 2 year old male Staffordshire Terrier
Being a young dog, he is bursting with energy, making him a delightful companion for an active individual or family who love outdoor adventures as much as he does.
Whilst Angus is full of fun and treat motivated, this means he is eager to learn and would benefit from a home that can invest some quality time into further training.
It's worth mentioning that Angus prefers to be the sole furry companion in your life. He's not keen on sharing his family with other dogs and is looking for a home where he can be the main attraction. When it comes to his perfect home, he'll thrive best with an experienced owner who understands his need for both physical and mental stimulation.
Angus does suffer from separation anxiety, so he'll love a home where someone is around most of the time. He's a true companion dog — he will make you his world and would love nothing more than to be a part of all your daily activities.
In summary, if you have room in your heart and home for a highly energetic, loving and devoted Staffordshire Terrier, and can offer him a structured environment with consistent training, then Angus is your boy! He's waiting eagerly to start a new chapter with a loving new family.
Adoption details
The adoption process at the Goulburn Mulwaree Animal Shelter is relatively easy. We ask that if you are interested in an animal, please apply via pet rescue, the Shelter staff will then review applications and phone selected applicants for a meet and greet. We do not take expressions of interest over the phone.
Once you have been selected as the right applicant for the animal, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Animal Shelter by eftpos ONLY (Via phone can be arranged after a meet and greet with the animal), provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated, if not already desexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic.
