About Hazel
Meet Hazel, the stunning tortoiseshell who's heart is as warm as her gorgeous coat. Only weeks into her life and Hazel has manifested an incredible love for people. A bit of a social butterfly, she's overcome her initial shyness and now effortlessly spreads her affection to those around her, making her a true delight to live with.
Hazel cherishes the company of other kittens, resulting in the cutest friendships. Her sociable and playful nature brings a burst of energy and happiness to every room she prances into. If you have room for more than just one feline, or already have another cat at home, Hazel would make an amazing companion. She's perfectly adaptable and will easily match the rhythm of your household.
On the practical side, Hazel has been introduced to litter box training and is doing wonderfully with it. When it comes to food, Hazel is rather food-driven, hence making snack time one of the best times of her day. Her eyes light up at the sight of her food bowl and she's not picky at all.
Everything in life is a game for Hazel, with toys being her absolute favorite! She’s quite the fan of interactive play – balls, strings, you name it! She will keep herself entertained, and in turn, keep you entertained with her playful antics.
Hazel is looking for that special someone who will appreciate her unique character and forever reciprocate her unconditional love. She is ready to bring endless amounts of joy to a loving home where she will be cherished forever. If you are in search of a loving, spirited, and friendly feline companion to brighten your days, Hazel might just be the perfect match for you.
Hazel’s foster carer will travel anywhere between central coast to Shellharbour for her adoption!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is flexible yet thorough. We want to ensure that every kitty is placed in a safe and loving home while also being welcoming and fair to all applicants. Please note that all adoptions are strictly indoors only, unless a secured enclosure is accessible.
If you are ready for a meet and greet or prepared to adopt, we encourage you to submit an enquiry.
Before proceeding with adoption, please ensure that all members of your household and your leasing agreements allow pets.
Adoptions are subject to a 14-day trial period. If the cat is returned during this trial period, we offer a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
We kindly ask applicants to provide necessary information about their household, lifestyle, existing pets, and where the new pet will be kept. Once received, we will arrange a meet and greet for you and the kitty, followed by a house inspection.
🐾 During meet and greets, cats and kittens may feel shy or disinterested in strangers. We encourage you to spend as much time as possible and be patient and understanding. Interacting with treats or toys can help during these encounters. Feel free to ask the foster families about the cat's behavior when they first arrived and what their personality is like when they are comfortable.
🐾 Remember, if you decide to adopt, cats can take days, weeks, or even months to fully adjust to a new home and show their true personality. Give them the time and space they need to settle in. They may require extra patience and understanding during this transition period.
Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption contract will be filled out with all the relevant information.
At the end of a successful trial, a transfer of ownership will be provided.
Wishing you all the best in your search! 😊
