About Houston
*In foster care in Annandale, Sydney*
Always on the move, Houston has more pep in his step than the Energizer Bunny!
His days are spent racing around the house and wrestling with his brother Dalton, eating (he's seriously a bottomless pit), and testing out his foster parents' laps (and chests)! He also loves frolicking in the plants (oops) and playing with his favourite toy whale, ping pong balls and the little red dot :)
Houston is more than happy to be picked up and cuddled and he might even curl up next to you for a little bit, making biccies and purring - but not too long! Too much to see and do!
Like all Maggie's pets, Houston is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'd totally love a big house with lots of room to roam, explore and run around, and amazing people to hang out with. And in a purrfect world you'd adopt me and my brother Dalton together! (Here's his profile: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1019000)
We're indoor cats and haven't been outside but we're definitely curious about it!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: High! I'm not one to sit still for very long - if I do, it will be in my own space or curled up with Dalton :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I haven't met any little humans yet, I'm sociable with strangers so happy to give it a go!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love my brother Dalton - he's a little shyer than me so we balance each other out. We haven't spent time with other cats or dogs at this stage so might need to test the waters first with any new fur-sibs.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
