Gherkin is an incredibly calm and friendly kitten who'd happily spend all day playing or enjoying belly rubs, if she could!

Like all Maggie's pets, Gherkin is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have plenty of space for me to run and play. Oh, and I crave human attention, so my new family must be willing to give me endless love and cuddles! I also think I'd benefit from the companionship of a feline friend or two.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: High! Playing and exploring with my sister is the best fun - but I'm always down for a cuddle.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: My sociable nature and relaxed disposition would likely make me a wonderful addition to a family with kids who love cats :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I currently live with my sister Spike who's also looking for a family, and we get along like a house on fire! But if you can't take us both, I'd really love to live with another nice kitty.
I haven't met any dogs while in foster care.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
