About Walrus - Meet me @ Petstock Brighton East!
Say hello to our adorable, fun-loving friend, Walrus! As gregarious as he is energetic, Walrus is the kind of cat who fills a room with love and laughter the moment he paces in.
With a kit and kin as playful as himself, Walrus has never known a dull scene in his foster home where he currently resides with his charming siblings, Seal and Mumble. If you're looking for a sociable companion who would make a great addition to your existing feline family or alongside one of his siblings, look no further, Walrus is the cat for you!
Playtime for Walrus involves interactive games, climbing and jumping enthusiastically. He has a soft spot for cat towers, which he considers as his adventure playground. Conquer a tower with Walrus or provide him with a new prop to explore, and you've won his cat-heart forever!
Have we mentioned about his interactions with dogs? Walrus has proven himself to be an adaptable companion, unfazed by other pets in a home. This makes him a perfect fit even for a multi-pet household.
Walrus has a heart of gold, apparent through his playful spirit and zest for life. You won't miss his sparkly eyes, full of curiosity and love, always hinting at his appetite for an adventure or two. He embodies his role of bringing unmatched joy brilliantly and can't wait to invite himself into the lives of his new family.
If you've been waiting for an affectionate, sociable, and quintessentially kitten-like companion, Walrus will surely make your dreams come true. Don't hesitate to enquire about him today, and embark on an unforgettable journey of joy, love, and playful companionship with Walrus.
Walrus is currently at PETstock Brighton East in their adoption unit. Everyone is invited to head in store to meet Walrus during store operation hours.

Adoption details
Regardless of the breed of animal you are looking to adopt, our adoption process is the same.
The first step of the process involves submitting an adoption application form. The form helps us understand a little bit more about you and your household and is used to figure out whether animal is the right fit for your household and what you are looking for, and also if your household is the right fit for the animal.
After a review process, shortlisted applicants will be contacted by one of our volunteer adoption coordinators usually by phone call or message. This is an informal conversation to discuss any questions we may have about the application and re-confirm any information provided. It is usually at at this point that we will organise a Meet & Greet with you and the animal.
It is a Strong Heart’s adoption policy to arrange a Meet & Greet with the prospective family and the animal before finalising the adoption. The Meet & Greet will allow the opportunity to visit the animal and have a pat and a play with them. The foster carer will tell you a bit about the animal's personality and what they have been like for the time they’ve been in their care. It is a great opportunity to ask the carer about the animals food, sleeping and any other health requirements.
If the Meet & Greet goes well on the day, in most cases you will be able to take the animal home straight away after payment of the adoption fee. All necessary paperwork including vet work history and transfer of ownership information will be sent via email within a few days unless otherwise specified.
