About Bikkie
Hi! My name is Bikkie, but my foster family calls me Mr. Biscuit.
I'm an old lad who loves a bit of peace and quiet. I was found homeless, and have a few bad habits because of it (scratching furniture), but I am getting the hang of house cat life. I'm slowly warming up to my foster parents, but I do love to be left alone. I also have arthritis in my back legs, but I don't let that slow me down. I will get a bit swipey/bitey if you pat me in a way I don't like though. I seem to like men a bit more than women, but if you treat me right, I'll eventually warm up to you.
I'm a very confident cat and know exactly what I want. Cat treats and a comfy bed! I'm not much of a cuddler, but I have surprised my foster mum before by jumping on the end of her bed for a nap! I'm also happy to be picked up, as long as you pop me down when I want. I'm also fine with nail cuts!! I'm a silly guy, and my foster parents often laugh at my antics and hijinks. I might be an old boy, but I'm definitely young at heart.
My foster family have also trained me to walk around on a harness & lead, and we love to have little backyard adventures! I miss the outdoors, and if you have an enclosed backyard or catio I will love you forever.
I do like to play rough and I want to be the king of your house, so a house without kids or other pets is ideal for me! #indooronly
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
