About Wendy - In Foster Care
WENDY IS IN A FOSTER HOME, SO PLEASE GET IN TOUCH TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET HER!
Our wonderfully sweet Wendy is looking for a loving and dedicated family who will make her part of their daily life.
Being a young and playful pup, she does require a family who will be committed to her training and providing routine for her. She will benefit from daily activities that will keep her both mentally and physically stimulated. Routine and repetition with training are key! This will ensure that she grows up to be a well mannered girl.
She is happy with other dogs and a play mate would be wonderful, but she thrives when she is with you. When she has you all to herself she is the most affectionate girl who would like nothing more than to just be with you all day. Commitment to routine and plenty of activities will help to ensure she does not develop any separation anxiety.
Wendy is only a little girl (the runt of her litter) and we don't think she will grow much bigger than she is.
Medical notes
Wendy is small for her age, & is mainly white in colour, so really needs to be kept some where with plenty of shade, so she does not develop sunburn which could lead to skin cancers
Because she is often demanding of attention, a family with older children would be most suitable as little ones may become overwhelmed by her attention seeking behaviour.
Adoption details
If you would like to adopt a country pet there are a few requirements.
A chat with the foster carer is the first step to determine if the pet is the right one for you and your lifrstyle. A yard check while having a meet and greet is the next step and if all is satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the foster carer.
