She is the most versatile of dogs, being at home in a home with a small backyard, or an acreage to gallop around. Garnet is super affectionate and is a 6 year old staffy x.

Garnet was placed in a rural NSW pound after being abandoned when a family was evicted from their home. She then came into MPDR foster care.

She is happy to sit and wait patiently while her foster parents have a coffee at their local Cafe. She adores receiving the pats and cuddles from passes by.

Garnet visits the horses and has shown no interest in them, nor at the many wild rabbits that hop around the paddocks.

She will soon be cat tested, but we assume she will pass with flying colours and is fostered with a small dog. She has met small and large dogs and nothing seems to phase her.

Garnet is great with children and could easily fit into a home with and she has been left on her own with no seperation anxiety.

She is toilet trained and has learned to sit, wait and has even attended a dog obedience school for one session.
