About Polly-Twinkle
My name is "Polly-Twinkle", no doubt due to the little twinkling spots in my green eyes. I am looking for a forever home with my best friend Molly (ID132112). See her profile to discover a little bit more about her!
Like my name, I have a sparkly purrsonality and love to play and be outside in a cat run. I don't like being enclosed in parts of the house for too long as I'm naturally curious and active.
During down time, my favourite spot to lounge is by a sunny window where I can watch life go by or on my foster parents' bed. When awake, I much prefer to be playing or in the fresh air interacting with the delights of the garden. Cat grass and my cat tower are the best!
I love chasing string and small toys around the house. I can't decide whether this is my favourite pastime or whether it's chasing things moving on the outside of my cat tunnel while I'm inside! I'm quite an active little girl who needs stimulation. When I'm all played out, I like gentle strokes and will sometimes invite belly rubs. I've recently discovered the joys of a gentle brush.
I'm very affectionate and love the occasional snuggle with my foster Mum on the bed or on her lap. Better still if I can snuffle under a blanket at the same time. My foster sister, Molly, likes to snuggle with me under things where we enjoy a mutual groom. I lick my foster Mum's hand every so often to let her know she's appreciated.
My favourite treats atm are Greenies salmon dental treats and fresh cat grass!
Polly-Twinkle and Molly are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Their total adoption package price is $50 ($25). #bondedpair
Medical Notes
Polly-Twinkle and Molly have mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in mature cats.
Polly-Twinkle has a small lesion on the eye known as iris pigmentation. This can be seen as a small dark patch on the coloured part of the eye. Often this sort of lesion is benign, and is unlikely to cause any visual defects.
Molly was diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmia, an abnormality in a cat's heartbeat. It can be associated with the rate (too fast or too slow), an irregularity in the heartbeat pattern, or a problem in the location where electrical signals are formed in the heart. Some arrhythmias may be harmless and don't require treatment, while others can be serious and life threatening.
Molly has a heart murmur. The murmur has been assessed by Cat Haven veterinary staff as mild (grade three or less) and not likely to cause any adverse effects on their health.
Molly has a waiver for Cat Flu (recovered).
We are located with our foster family in Inglewood.

Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
