Luna and Sunny's Happy Tail

Meet Luna and Sunny (formerly Faith and Floral), two sisters who couldn't be more different, and who fit right into their new family from day one.
The girls joined the household after their previous cat, Pickle, passed away last year at the grand age of 17. Rather than adopting one kitten, Kelly and her family decided two would be even better, giving these sisters a loving home together.
Luna's profile on PetRescue summed her up perfectly:
"This adventurous little girl believes the best view is always from the top. Whether she's scaling the cat tower at lightning speed or casually using your shoulder as her personal lookout spot, she's always ready for her next climb."

Having been raised around kids, cats and dogs, Luna settled into the busy household like she owned the place, always ready to explore, play and supervise from above.
These days, that same confident kitten has found her softer side. According to Kelly, Luna is
"the cuddliest, sweetest little girl who will curl up on our lap, meowing softly every so often to remind us to pat her."
Sunny's profile captured her spark just as well:
"This confident little lady knows exactly what she wants: attention, cuddles, and first dibs on every dangling toy in sight. If you've been a little too busy to notice her, don't worry, her loud, adorable meow will quickly remind you she's ready for pats immediately."

Playful, curious and always ready to launch herself at a toy with impressive determination, Sunny brings fun and affectionate energy wherever she goes.
And that energy hasn't slowed down one bit. Kelly says,
"Sunny is very energetic and loves playing zoomies and with her sister. Once she's finished playing, she'll find a soft blanket to make biscuits with or snuggle up with her sister."
Reflecting on the decision to adopt two kittens rather than one, Kelly says it was simply
"a no-brainer."

The bonded pair have settled into family life beautifully.
"They have improved our lives so much," Kelly says. "They are so funny to watch when they go crazy and go for zoomies from one end of the house to the other, then they come in for snuggles which is so calming and comforting."
But it's not just Kelly who's smitten. The family's four-year-old daughter has embraced her role as big sister beautifully and has fallen in love with Luna and Sunny.
These days, the only thing running wild in this house is love (and the occasional 3am zoomie session). 🐾💛
