We work off Facebook and ask people to private message our page if they are interested in one of our advertised animals. We then have an online 'discussion with them to assess the suitability of the match. If we need any further information we ask them to complete an adoption form. If the animal in question is a dog we arrange a home visit. They will always have a meet and greet and if it is a cat and suitable they are permitted to take the animal home at the meet and greet or arrange later collection. They are required to complete an adoption form at that point and are given copies of this along with vaccination certificates, microchip details and desex certificate. In the case of a kitten or puppy desexing is arranged at a later date when they are of the correct age.
