Meet Darling Tessie!

When Tessie entered our care, she was quite unsure of her shelter pals and would often avoid us. After A LOT of patience and snacks she slowly gained some confidence and realised that the world isn't as scary as it seems. We've spent a lot of time helping her gain her confidence. As much as we love her, we would LOVEEEEE to see her in a forever home.

She can be a little unsure when you first meet, but having a little patience with her is worth it. A few treats here and there always win her over. However, when Tessie is out in society, it's important her hoomans understand that worlds a little scary at the moment.

She would thrive in an adult only (16+) home. Tessie tells us doggos cramp her style, they're a little scary for this gal so she will need to be the only doggo in her home. She kindly asks no dog parks either :)

Being an older lady, Tessie comes with a few senor quirks so will require regular vet visits.
