About Ninja
Ninja is a bit shy at first, but as soon as he gets to know you he is a bit of a smoocher, and loves strokes and pats. He seems to get on fine with other dogs. He is very fit, and would love to go on walks with an active person. He loves to chase the ball, he runs really fast! When left alone however he needs secure containment, as he is prone to want to come looking for you, and lives up to his name 'Ninja' (he is good at jumping fences) : ). He is also a bit of a hero and doesn't know it! A call from the vet, needing an emergency blood donor for a sick dog, Ninja was volunteered, he behaved impeccably, the vets say he was lovely. Patient survived, Ninja full of beans the next day :)
Medical notes
Medical history unknown. He was tested for heartworm and was negative. He will be vaccinated and wormed prior to rehoming. Please note: 'Ninja' is currently entire. Council policy is that dogs are only de-sexed upon release to the new owner.

Adoption details
We have an open and flexible approach to prospective owners: we can provide pictures, general descriptions etc. including general behavioural assessments. We usually do not microchip (if required) or desex animals until confirmation of acceptance by new owners. Except in exceptional circumstances we do not provide 'trial periods'.
