About Charlie
Introducing the gorgeous Charlie!
Charlie is a Border Collie born 1st January 2014.
Charlie was a private surrender, along with a litter of her puppies. This beautiful girl has clearly had several litters previously. It's now her time to shine & find a loving home of her very own.
As with most breeding mums, Charlie has no interest in socialising with other dogs. She's not reactive or aggressive, she just avoids them. We are recommending a home with no other dogs.
Charlie was unfazed by cats & pocket pets, so we believe she could be suitable to live with smaller animals at home. We would recommend slow & control introductions to ensure a safe & happy relationship between them.
Charlie has shown no signs of food aggression or separation anxiety since being at the facility.
Being a "mature aged" girl, Charlie isn't overly playful, but she's very human focused & loves human attention. She LOVES her treats and is so deserving of a loving home.
Charlie is such a loving girl who wants nothing more than a home she can call her own and not have to worry about losing another family.
If you think you could be that furever family for Charlie, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Charlie’s adoption fee is $450, and this includes her desexing, vaccination and lifetime registration. Charlie is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Charlie is currently located in East Maitland.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
