About Bruce (Desexed)
Meet Bruce,
Bruce is an adorable guinea pig who is ready to find his forever home! This sweet boy is about 3-4 years old and has had quite the journey. Bruce was rescued from a large-scale rescue where he was living in less than ideal conditions. When he arrived at the shelter, he was suffering from mange, which had caused significant hair loss and itchy skin. However, with proper care and treatment, Bruce has made a full recovery and is now a picture of health. He has also been desexed.
Bruce is a very friendly and sociable guinea pig who enjoys human company as well. He loves being held and cuddled, and his gentle nature makes him a perfect pet.
Bruce is looking for an indoor home with a family that already has another female Guinea pig or 2 where he can be a part of the family. Guinea pigs are sensitive animals, and an indoor environment will help protect them from extreme temperatures, predators, and other potential dangers.
He would be happiest in a quiet and calm household where he can feel safe and loved.
Could your home be the forever home for Bruce?
Please note: Bruce is desexed and would like to be adopted to be housed with another female Guinea pig or 2, he was desexed as he doesn’t like other males so please note he is not suitable to be housed with other male Guinea pigs
Medical notes
Bruce had had a history of mange/mites which was treated successfully
He has also been castrated meaning he could be housed with female guinea pigs without the risk of impregnating them
He also had a small sebaceous cyst removed from his lateral flank area which he has completely healed from.
