Bandit - 4 Month Old Bull Arab X (Trial)

Bandit is one of those amazing puppies that his Foster Carer has felt privileged to care for. Genetically blessed, he exhibits the absolute best of both his parents’ breeds, in both personality and looks. Despite his name, he’s a very well behaved boy.

Bandit absolutely adores people and will be a very loyal companion. His loyalty may make him too protective of children so we think a couple or family with teenage children will suit him best. He’d love to be homed with another dog as he is just too social to be an only dog, unless someone is home nearly all the time.

As with most puppies, he would benefit from being with an older female dog, who can continue his journey of learning all things dog.
He has brilliant recall already, coming with a very happy waggy tail at first call. He will sit and stay, but toilet training is a work in progress. This should be resolved pretty quickly once he has better access to a yard at all times.

Bandit’s safe place is his crate, where he’ll sleep the full night without a peep.

Typical of the Bull Arab and Rotti breeds, Bandit is just a big marshmallow and with the right environment will grow to be a gentle giant, and his very best, perfect self.

Bandit’s adoption fee is $700.00 which includes their desexing when they are old enough. It also includes their first two vaccinations. They have been treated for fleas and worms, and are microchipped.

Bandit is in foster care in Anna Bay, NSW area. Since they are not yet desexed, the are only available for adoption in the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. They will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when they are 5 to 6 months old.

PLEASE NOTE: Dog Rescue Newcastle provides individual listings with specific requirements for each foster dog. If you submit an application or inquiry and DO NOT receive a response within 5 business days, please understand that you have not met the specific requirements for this dog. Please do not be disheartened or discouraged, this simply means you were not a suitable match at this time.

This organisation's adoption policy is moderate. What does this mean?

(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire: https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
