Hello! My name is Juzzy, and I’m often called The World’s Most Independent Cat. If I could buy my own food and prepare it myself, trust me - I would! But since I can’t, I’ll settle for a human who understands my quirks and is willing to be my personal chef.

Nature
I’m a shy girl when it comes to new people and new places, but once I settle in, I’ll start showing my adorable side. My Foster Mum can now pat me while I eat, and I even chat to her while she makes my food, just to make sure she’s doing it right!

I thrive with other kitties around—they’ve taught me so much about trusting humans, and I know they’ll help me grow even more. Having feline friends makes me feel safe and confident.

Despite what my photos may suggest, I’m actually a tiny little lady - my Foster Mum was quite surprised when she met me in person! I’m super easy-going, spending most of my day lounging on the cat tower with my feline friends, basking in the sun. I might be independent, but I’m also the perfect little house cat.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
No young children for me, please! Loud noises and sudden movements can be a bit too much while I’m still building my confidence.

Other cats are a MUST! I get along with all the cats in my foster home, and I’d love a cat companion (or more!) to continue helping me trust humans.

I live with a 50kg dog, and guess what? I don’t mind her at all! With slow introductions, I could happily share a home with a calm, cat-savvy pup.

Likes / Dislikes
✔️ FOOD! If there’s food involved, I’ll happily accept gentle pats while I eat.
✔️ Other cats—they’re my comfort and my confidence boosters.
✔️ Cosy cat towers and sunny windowsills.

❌ Being picked up—no thanks!
❌ Loud noises and sudden movements—but I’m getting braver every day!

My PURR-fect home would be with other friendly cats to help me feel safe and secure. A cat tower and sunny spots to lounge in. An indoor-only lifestyle (a secure cat run would be a bonus!).

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

*Juzzy's adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

Medical notes: Juzzy has Gingivitis, which is inflammation of the gums. This condition may require treatment on and off throughout her life. Juzzy will need her teeth checked at her annual vaccination. She may need treatment in between these times (of steroids and/or antibiotics) if the condition worsens. She may need teeth extracted in the future.
