About Zulu
G'day, I'm Zulu and I'd love a few moments of your time 'cos I've been through a bad patch and need a safe and loving home.
First up, I LOVE humans. When I was getting desexed recently, the vet nurses made a real fuss of me. They patted and hugged me and called me all sorts of sweet names that almost made me blush.
Let me paint you a picture of my perfect forever home. First up, there'd be humans - the more the better. There'd be kids because I love to play during the day and be snuggled at night. There'd be other dogs 'cos I love my own kind. And there'd be a backyard where we could romp and play. My absolutely A1 super terrific and perfect home would have someone around most of the time.
I try very hard to please and I love food, so it will be easy to teach me new commands and tricks. If I do the wrong thing, it's only because no one has shown me the right way.
I'm not going to tell you the really ugly parts of my story. But I do want to point out to you, my new family, that if you have a look at the pictures of my face and head, you'll see loads of little scars. Life hasn't been that easy for me and I've been bullied - a lot - but that hasn't changed my optimistic approach to life. I love pretty much everyone, although maybe not cats. I still have to make up my mind about those pesky critters.
Just a few vital statistics and my pitch is done. I weigh 32 kgs, was born on 11 March 2021, I have a cute little stumpy tail (naturally occurring), and the vet thinks I'm a Weimaraner mixed with a German Short-Haired Pointer and maybe another breed (or three).
Pick me, please.
