Buster

Buster is a shy sensitive young boy looking for a calm home and a gentle patient owner to work on his confidence. He'll need to be allowed indoors to be part of the family. We recommend crate training to give him a safe space to go to when feeling overwhelmed. Buster can be worried with close handling/restraint so you will need to take things slowly and make sure all interactions are positive and fun. He's not used to walking on lead so will need to work on some lead training, starting with short walks near home and working on his confidence. Buster loves gentle pats and cuddles and is very affectionate. He's best suited to calm older children, whom he'll need to meet at time of adoption. Buster must meet other dogs at time of adoption. Quite social with other dogs but can be quite rough with his play and likes to jump on the other dogs so will need a playful and tolerant doggie friend. No dog parks or off leash areas as this would be too overwhelming for him.
