About Hermie
Please only apply for this greyhound if you have:
- A home with lots of love to give this beautiful lady
Hermie is a unique blend of maturity and youthful energy. She possesses all the charm and grace of an older dog while still having a sprinkle of puppy-like enthusiasm. Her sweet and loving nature makes her a perfect companion for anyone looking for a senior greyhound friend, but she will keep you entertained with her quirky traits.
Hermie is a social girl who loves interacting with both humans and other dogs. She walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys strolling alongside you. While she gets along well with big and small dogs, she's equally content doing her own thing, making her a versatile companion.
If you're seeking a dog that loves some attention, Hermie is your girl. She adores cuddles and ear scratches and will happily be by your side always.
Hermie is independent and comfortable being left on her own during the day. She's a well-behaved lady who won't chew or destroy your belongings. However, be prepared for a little interior decorating, as she might rearrange things in her quest for a cozy spot.
Hermie is fully toilet trained and a great sleeper. While she might try to sneak into your bed at night, she appreciates her beauty sleep. A firm hand and showing her the rules are all it takes to remind her of bedtime etiquette.
Mornings with Hermie are full of energy and excitement as she zooms around the house. While this exuberance is endearing, it's important to note that she's a big gal, so families with small children probably aren't suitable.
Hermie is generally comfortable in busy environments and enjoys snuggling up to strangers. Although, she can be a bit nervous in new confined spaces, a little encouragement goes a long way in helping her build confidence.
Hermie is a beautiful dog in search of her forever home. She's looking for someone who can provide structure and teach her the rules of your home to keep her from trying to "rule the roost." If you're looking for a loving companion who enjoys both snoozing and having fun, Hermie is the perfect match for you.
[Note: Under Victorian Law greyhounds must be on-leash at all times in public areas, including in off-leash parks or ovals]
