About Pudding
Pudding is a smart, energetic and agile puppy who loves to run and jump. She loves wrestling with her sister (Strudel), eating her meaty icy-poles and working towards a new record on her food puzzle. She has taken well to learning basic commands and has started getting the hang of ‘sit’, ‘come’ 'bed’. While she likes to work hard, she's also partial to a nap on her human's bed. Her toilet training is going well and she is easy to bathe and groom. The thing she dislikes the most is the end of dinner but is easily cheered up with some scratches behind her ears.
MY IDEAL HOME: I require humans that lead an active lifestyle, have time to spend with me and are committed to my training. I am going to be a big part of your life! My humans need to enrich my brain and body’s needs through a variety of experiences and opportunities. I will need plenty of exercise as I grow and will give you lots of love in return.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I have lots of energy but still need plenty of sleep as a puppy. I will become more energetic as I become a teenager but will be very rewarding in return for your training.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I have loved everyone I’ve met but I am still learning how to keep my teeth and paws to myself. I would be best suited to a household with older children that can understand the consistency needed in my training.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I am very interested in my cat foster siblings and am remarkably gentle with them. With suitable introductions and supervision, I could definitely get along with cat siblings. I am interested in other dogs and am watching them carefully even though I haven’t be able to meet any yet.

Please use these links rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
