About Wade
Wade is our longest standing resident at the Shelter, we can't figure out why.
He is an affectionate, loving red heeler. Friendly with all people he meets and is great with other dogs. We even use him at the Shelter to test the other dogs, he makes the dogs feel at ease but loves a good wrestle if the other dog is up for it.
He already has basic obedience and he has been crate trained, truly a great all rounder.
A home that would give him plenty of mental and physical exercise would be perfect for Wade.. extra bonus if he had a big property to run around on!
He has strong herding instincts, because of this dog savvy older kids would be suitable with wade but no littlies as he may knock them over with his excitement.
Wade also needs a home with no cats
