Beautiful Buddy has the sweetest nature: he's wanting to interact or be near you.

Buddy loves string play, jumping up on the kitty tower, playing with anything that rolls, and has a favourite cupcake toy which he'll sometimes bring back to you when you throw it. Otherwise, Buddy will eagerly follow you around the house just to be near you and cuddle up next to you when he's ready for down time. Don't be fooled by his cuddliest cuddles though, which includes wrapping his arms around you or creeping up to snuggle closer into your neck, as these charms do come with some mischief and a lot of playful energy. Buddy is still learning to be gentler with his claws and may benefit from chew toys as opposed to fingers, toes, or necklaces. As he matures, hopefully his sometimes too exuberant play style will settle but for now he's probably not suited to a home with young children or seniors.

Buddy is litter trained, shows confidence around other cats and has also happily lived with a friendly, large dog.

Buddy's ideal home would be where he's not left alone long hours and has plenty of attention and company. If you are looking for a kitty with purrsonality then look no further!

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, F3 vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchip - including the transfer of ownership - and sterilisation.

*Kittens may require a booster vaccination at adapter's cost (not included in adoption fee). Please ask for more information.

ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please complete a SAFE Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen cat is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. If a meet-and-greet is then arranged, we will email the adoption paperwork and payment instructions to you prior to this. Please note payment must be made before adoption trial starts and we are unable to take cash payment.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen cat is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
