Everybody meet our beautiful Barood!

This stunning boy has made his way into the shelter and cannot wait to get himself on a nice farm with a big plot of land to roam around and guard until his little heart's content.

This gentle giant can get a little nervous with overhandling so he would love to go to an adults-only home with people who understand the breed's needs and can take things slowly. Barood is also quite underweight for a Maremma so will need a family who can help him gain some weight and be the best man he can be.

This majestic and handsome man is actually a little scared of loud noises, he would thrive on a quiet farm or a plot of land, and property is a must for Mareema's. Also, natural to the breed he would really love to be able to guard other animals and help out his fellow humans. Once he is out of his shell you will see his adorable and playful personality- we wouldn't be surprised if you find him frolicking in your field!

Barood has told us that he would need to be the only fur baby at home and will need to go to a household where there are no other canines.
