BARNEY #2985 is only 7 months old, but wise beyond his years (or months in his case). He has basic training. Will come, sit and working on stay. Does not chase other animals. Leaves the cat and chickens alone and very quiet around the horses in his foster home. Great with other dogs and young children. Has been inside the house with no marking or accidents. Although only young, he is not a 'silly' puppy. Rather, he is surprisingly very mature. A quiet relaxed nature and does not appear to have the high energy needs of a lot of other kelpies. He is extremely smart and incredibly willing, making him ridiculously easy to train! He will make some lucky person a lovely sound, solid pet. He will be desexed soon and will have all of his vet work up to date. Having come from the pound, he is also eligible for free lifetime registration. We welcome expressions of interest for this outstanding young dog, who will be ready for his new home as soon as he is desexed.
