About Ginger
Meet Ginger.
She was raised with her mum and litter till the age of 6 months. Her mum White Kelpie Maremma and Dad Kelpie/wolfhound/staghound
She looks quintessentially Kelpie.
Well house trained, she is used to being both indoors and out. She wants to and has predominantly slept indoors on “her mat/bed” and has been around other dogs.
She loves her cuddles and a good belly rub.
Her consistent playmate is a 2.5yr big English bull terrier, Buddy, and they play well together. She shows all the kelpie traits of stalking/getting down low, playing at the ankles of newly met dogs and people.
She is used to being walked at the beach in off leash area and interacts with other dogs well.
She would be great on a property, hobby farm and has had some interaction with horses, ducks, chickens, cattle.
She has separation anxiety if left fully alone. Howling sadly, not barking. Her anxiety turns to chewing plastic garden pots or finding an item of clothing and dragging that to her bed but doesn't chew it up.
She has a sweet nature, very attentive and interested. Eyes follow you around the room.
