Thumper

*In foster care in Quakers Hill, Sydney*

Thumper is a sweet and vocal boy who's the perfect mix of cuddly and independent! He's OK being by himself for a few hours, but as soon as he hears your key in the lock, he'll meow dramatically until he can give you a cuddle 'hello'!

His foster carer's morning routine consists of getting up, opening the bedroom door and going straight to the toilet. Thumper has decided his morning snuggles will wait for nothing, and conducting them on the loo is perfectly acceptable! Privacy doesn't exist for him, and he WILL keep your lap warm and demand smooches while nature calls :)

When he's at home with his canine friends, Thumper's favourite game is 'stalk and pounce', and with his humans, he has the most fun playing hide and seek! He loves bird-watching but is particularly fascinated by water and will often hop into the shower with you and drink from running taps. He also loves to scoop the water out of his bowl with his paw to drink, so it's not unusual to find little wet paw prints around!

Thumper is the funniest little fellow with a big, beautiful personality and so much love to give!

Like all Maggie's pets, Thumper is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will provide me with both human and pet company (friendly cats and/or dogs are great!), and will be indoors-only, with maybe some supervised outdoor time to chase the flies.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a finely tuned blend of playful and snuggly! I have short bouts of energy where I race around chasing my toys but when I get tired, I want nothing more than to curl up on your lap and have a snooze.

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven't met any small kids yet but I can be a bit rough and mouthy when playing, so I'd probably best suit a home with children of at least school age (5+).

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I get along famously with both cats and dogs - I just want to play with every four-legged friend I meet!
