Meet Bear Grylls! Unlike his namesake he is not a wildman wanting to escape into the bush, but rather a stay-at-home calm and cuddly inside-boy. He loves following his human around and sitting at (or on!) their feet. Sprawled out with legs splayed on his doggy bed, he loves nothing more than a tummy rub or a chin tickle. He is toilet trained, obedient for his age and sits on command to wait for dinner to be served. He is happy playing outside and is good socialising with other dogs. He loves being the centre of attention and laying about inside your home, or resting his head on your knee capturing you with his big dreamy eyes.
His uniqueness is in his happy smile and devoted love of his household humans. Wherever you are Bear Grylls will follow and plop himself on the floor in your presence. Bear Grylls would also be an excellent dog to accompany outings as he walks well on lead and is a quiet traveler in the car.

This beautiful boy could be tailored to any situation! He would make a great companion for a single or couple household, or fit in beautifully with a family wanting an extra member to complete your clan. Bear Grylls is a little boisterous and occasionally jumps on his human so a family with preschool-aged children may not be suitable.

He is not cat-tested but has seen them in the distance through an indoor gate and is not reactive. He will chew toys and require things to occupy him as being a typical puppy he will need the stimulation. He will also benefit from ongoing training just because he is a puppy to address the jumping, but so far has responded really well to voice commands and gestures indicating a smart boy willing to learn.
