Moose

Moose is a very sweet boy who is eager to please but he can be unsure in new environments so adopters need to take all new introductions slowly.

When being left alone Moose is best left with things to do (enrichment food items and toys) to keep his mind and body active.

Moose needs secure fencing and he is best left indoors when his adopters go out while he is getting used to his new home and routine and he will need to be given time to settle in to his new home.

Moose is dog social and would make a great friend for another social dog but he is better suited to a calmer type dog as he did not want to approach a boisterous dog.

Moose would be fine going home with 8+ children as he does like to jump up when excited but is mostly calm.

Moose will need a calm and quiet home with structure and routine who can set him up to succeed, reinforcing good behaviours and ignoring and re-directing the unwanted ones. Sit=please and other basic behaviours.

Moose is very eager to please, happy-go-lucky boy that if included in all the family activities will thrive and be the perfect pooch.
