About Honey
😻 Honey 😻
Honey came to us with her brother after being found on the street at around 13 weeks.
Honey was full of worms, dirty, had fleas & was absolutely beside herself with fear. She continued to lash out with claws & teeth, spat & hissed at every opportunity when she knew she was going to be touched.
She can’t tell us what has happened to her & we can’t even imagine nor do we want too. Her Cattitude makes us wonder how she even survived for so long on the streets😿.
While she still occasionally lashes out & will hiss & spit, she’s somewhat calmer. She will now eat in a quiet area when we are around if she feels safe, she has learnt to use a litter tray is day by day slowly learning what small toys are.
Honey will accept cuddles & kisses if you hold her close & make her feel safe. She will fall asleep in your arms & she’s quite attentive when you talk to her.
She will need an extraordinary amount of patience in a quiet home with lots of one on one time being essential for her confidence & trust building.
Honey was previously adopted & then returned to us 3 days later due to a change in the adopters circumstances which caused unnecessary stress to her already fragile fursoul.
She had another meet & greet however, she wasn’t adopted.
Honey has the capacity to flourish she just needs that special human to help her.
Honey will not cope with dogs or young children, she needs calmness & patience.
Can Honey be the sweet addition to your home😻?
Honey is desexed, microchipped & vaccinated.
Honey is located in St Clair NSW.
Send us a message for her adoption form or if you have more questions about her.😺.
