Whiskey

Hi I'm Whiskey. I am an absolute snuggler and great foot warmer, though I'm happy to amuse myself chasing bugs in the lawn. I'm getting better at responding when I'm called but those bugs are just so interesting, sometimes I don't want to miss stomping on one. If no-one is around, I spend most of my time sleeping the day away.

I haven't been at all destructive while in foster care, no hole digging or chewing and if I do happen to sneak off with a shoe, I very obediently drop it as commanded. They've nicknamed me wookiee because that's what I sound like when I'm having a chat. Apparently, I'm a bit of a goose because I like chasing my tail and growling at it, and they think it's funny when I lick the mirror. Don't they see the handsome fellow? I try to get him to play but he only ever follows me so far.

I've learnt to sit and wait until I'm told I can eat my food. I am a very slow eater, savouring each morsel. I like to crunch each bickie 5 times, it's good for digestion right?

I've hung out with lots of dogs. It's fun to do zoomies around the yard with the big dog but I'd be okay on my own if a hooman was around more often than not. I prefer to chase the other dogs, rather than the ball. There are chickens here and I like to watch them in their cage and haven't been too close when they're free-ranging.

I'm learning to walk on the lead. I walk fairly well on a loose lead but I like to be out in front. Foster mum is trying to get me to shake, I don't get it - we've already met lady! I love the ute, we go fun places in it and sometimes I even camp up there.

Whatever your flavour profile, I'll be a good match; mellow, a little peaty & spicy with a nutty aftertaste.
