About Mitzi
Meet Mitzi, a charming little feline with a story of resilience and newfound zest for life. Mitzi's journey pretty rough, as she arrived in poor condition with seven precious kittens by her side. The good news is that her kittens have all found their forever homes and are thriving, thanks to her loving care.
Mitzi hadn't been fed for some time when she first arrived in care, which has led to a bit of a food addiction. But here's the thing – her love for food hasn't dampened her affectionate nature one bit. She's made a remarkable recovery, putting on the weight that she needed to be back in the ideal weight range. And now, she's on the prowl for her own perfect forever home.
This little lady is a bundle of energy, and her kitten mode is still fully engaged. She loves to play with people, and her playful antics will surely keep you entertained. While she may not be the most tolerant of other cats, she's an absolute delight when it comes to human interaction.
Mitzi will need some time to settle into her new home as she can be very shy when she first meets new people, but she's worth the patience. She craves companionship and will want to be where you are once she's had a chance to survey her surroundings and feel comfy. If you're the loving person willing to let Mitzi take her time to feel at ease, you'll be rewarded with her love, cuddles and a level of companionship you have never witnessed before.
Now, about that food addiction – Mitzi is slowly adapting to the fact that in a loving home, food is always available and not in short supply. Her forever people will need to be prepared for her need for a slow feeding plate, mat, or bowl to prevent her from gobbling down her meals too quickly.
Mitzi is a special girl, and she's looking for someone who can embrace her quirks, her energy, and her love of life. So, if you're the understanding and patient soul Mitzi is waiting for, don't hesitate to reach out and make her a part of your family.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
