Sunny & Patty

Sunny and Patty are a beautiful bonded pair who are ready to find their forever family ❤️🐾

Sunny is a pretty eight year old female Kelpie and big boy Patty is a five year old happy Kelpie X

They came to us together as unclaimed strays and both have been a pleasure to have at our Erina Shelter. Staff and volunteers love Sunny and Patty and the special bond that they share. It truly is beautiful ❤️

HOUSEHOLD - Sunny is naturally the more reserved of the two but both have gorgeous natures. They are happy to spend their day chilling and interacting with each other. They approach everyone with a welcoming hello, enjoy pats and being fused over. They really are a delight, non fussy and easy going.

A quieter home with older children would be a perfect home environment for Sunny & Patty.

ONGOING TRAINING - Both know basic commands and are great to handle. Patty will require further lead guidance but other than that, Sunny & Patty are an all round well behaved pair.

ON LEAD: Both are wonderful on the lead and walk at a medium pace. At times Patty does have a tendency to pull if something interesting catches his attention. This is an area that Patty's new owner will need to provide some further training.

EXERCISE- They only require a semi active lifestyle. A daily stroll and some playtime with their new owners would keep this wonderful pair happy and content.

OTHER DOGS: Sunny & Patty are very respectful towards other doggy friends. They like to say hello, have a quick play then they move on together happily sniffing and exploring their environment.

They maybe able to live with another non invasive canine friend but we feel they would be most comfortable as an only pair in
their new household.

GROOMING- Being Kelpie breeds they have a medium coat which will require weekly brushing and occasional bathing to keep their skin and coat in tip top condition.

NUTRITION/DIETARY REQUIREMENTS - Both are non fussy eaters who have no dietary requirements. Sunny & Patty can be fed side by side without any issues, they are respectful of each other and don't try to pinch each other's food !!!

As a pair their adoption fee is $550. This covers their desexing, microchipping, lifetime registration, current vaccination, flea and worming treatments.
