About Boston
G'day there, my name is Boston, it's great to meet you, let me share with you a bit about myself and the kind of furever home that I'm looking for.
I came to the shelter after a rough start to life. After plenty of TLC from the staff, I am now ready to find a family who will adore me as much as I adore them.
I am in need of a an experienced owner, one who is well-rehearsed in reading doggy body language and who will know when I may need some space. My world is quite small so I will need lots of patience and opportunities to learn about life and build my confidence. This will be a great bonding activity for you and I. I would love to have indoor and outdoor access with secure fencing so I can explore the yard and have options to rest wherever I feel most comfortable, but most importantly - I can spend quality time indoors with my family! I can get startled by loud noises so it is important that I have the option to rest indoors where I can feel safe. Because I can startle easily, I would like any children in the home to be dog confident and over the age of 6 years pretty please.
I have met some other dogs while in care and I think they're ok to walk by but I would like to be the only dog in your home, I've been told that means I get all the love and attention!
Please ensure my new yard is stocked with comfy beds, plenty of fun toys, and the fencing is secure 6 foot colourbond without anything around that I may opportunistically climb over.
If I sound like the beautiful boy that you've been waiting for, please come and meet me today!
