About Elroy - 5 Month Old German Shepherd (Trial)
Meet Elroy!
Elroy is a 5 month old, squirmy, fluffy and joyful German Shepherd X boy who is looking for his forever home.
Elroy has a pure heart of gold and enjoys the company of all humans big and small and has no issues with other doggos. Elroy is the best of friends with his current foster sibling. While, at first, he was hesitant and nervous meeting her, he has absolutely flourished and loves being in her company. Elroy would be suited as an only dog or a new addition to a fur family.
In the short time Elroy has been in foster care, he has not crossed paths with cats and other pocket pets. Although, we are confident that with the proper introduction and based off his kind hearted nature - these pets would not be a problem.
Elroy also came into foster care non-house trained, however over the past weeks he has adjusted perfectly and is really grasping the concept of going to the toilet outside. With a patient human and persistence he will be toilet trained in no time.
Elroy will need secure fencing with no gaps and tall fencing to keep him secure. At his new home he should be an inside/outside dog - being allowed to sleep inside at night. His new family should be home more often than not.
He is a simple boy, loves any type of affection and just wants to be close and cuddled. He is a gorgeous brindle colour with a very soft coat, absolutely beautiful to cuddle.
Elroy is very playful and full of energy - he loves his toys and bones. He is an all round happy dog and always up for an adventure. He loves sniffing and trying new places and meeting new people. He will need walking/exercise regularly.
Elroy is good on the lead and harness but, will need some work as he grows and matures.
Elroy is the perfect companion and is eagerly awaiting the day he meets his forever humans.
Elroy is in foster care in Broadmeadow, NSW. His adoption fee is $600. He is recently desexed and fully up to date with all vaccines and worming.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family
member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
