Hello there amazing humans!

My name is Sherry and I'm a sweet senior lady ready to find a forever family who will treat me like the queen I am and spoil me with plenty of goodies!

Although I'm not the youngest pup here at the shelter, I will challenge anyone to the title of the happiest, as I'm known around here for having a constantly waggy tail - especially when there are treats around! I'm currently learning how to sit for a treat and be an extra good girl, so I would love my family to continue helping with my learning. I know I will get there, I just need some time out of the shelter!

I loooooove to sniff around the rec yard and investigate my surroundings, so am hoping my new family has a good-sized backyard for me to explore. I love to find things with my nose, so will be extra good at hide n seek .... if I'm finding treats of course!

I'm looking for a family with Secondary School-Aged Children and older, as I'm still a bit nervous with handling with new people. I also would like to be the only fur baby in my new home as being around other dogs makes me very uncomfortable. My human friends here at the shelter have been helping me with my lead reactivity and teaching me to ignore other dogs, so am hoping my new family will continue with my training and help me reach my full potential!
