Nelson - 7 Year Old Maltese x Terrier (Trial)

Nelson is a lightweight 3.8kg with a big heart of gold. He is a real sweety pie who loves a good belly rub and cuddles. He is a loving, playful, happy chappy who will light up your heart, life, and home.

Nelson would like to be included as a family member, therefore; he MUST be an inside dog with access to the outside yard. He is sociable with all family members, enjoys following you around and loves to be on your lap for cuddles, time, and attention.

If you work part time, he is quite ok with his own company for short periods.

Nelson is great with other dogs his size but fears big dogs.

He loves his food and is not fussy. He enjoys gnarling on a lasting treat or bone and will sit and shake for snacks.

He sleeps on his bed mostly or he starts with his foster carer and moves to his own space.

Nelson is:
• House trained and uses the doggy door.
• He is a digger, so he needs a secure yard.
• Needs a family home often or part time.
• Kid friendly
• Dog friendly
• Scared of thunder and fireworks

Nelson is in foster care in Cooks Hill, NSW and is not available for adoption interstate. His adoption fee is $500. He is desexed, vaccinated, worm and flea treated, and has had dental treatment.
