Hello everyone! My name's Keira, and I'm eagerly waiting to find my forever home!

I'm incredibly affectionate and love curling up with you on the bed at night. You'll often find me rubbing against walls, furniture, and your legs—it's my way of showing love. Once I feel comfortable, I'll purr at everything and follow you around like a little shadow. If something bothers me, I might give a warning hiss, just to let you know I need some space.

I'm perfectly fine being left alone during the day while you're at work. I enjoy lounging in a cozy pet bed and taking naps. I cherish my independence, but I also adore cuddles and pats when you're home.

It might take me a little time to get used to my new surroundings, but with patience, I'll adjust beautifully. I love perching on the back of the couch and getting head kisses before meals. Due to a past UTI, I'm on a special diet of Royal Canin urinary dry food and some Royal Canin urinary wet food at night.

I'm not the biggest fan of other animals, as I've had some challenging experiences with another male cat in the past. While I'm currently living with a cat and a dog, I prefer not to have them sneaking up on me. I get along okay with kittens but not so much with older cats. I'd thrive best in a home where I'm the only cat or with an older, laid-back pet who keeps to themselves. If my new family has another pet, they'll need to be patient with slow introductions, which could take a few months for me to feel confident around them. I must continue an indoor-only lifestyle in my forever home to keep me safe.
