About Amber
Amber was obviously named for her beautiful amber eyes. She is such a delight, she has been with us for a week only and already her lovely affectionate nature is evident.
She settled in very quickly. She gets on well with the two resident dogs, six and 12 year olds. She has found her niche in the pack.
She has her basic commands of sit, drop, stay. She is very keen and energetic on the lead, so we have started lead training today and already there is a great improvement.
She has been sleeping inside at night, sleeps through and behaves all night. She has mastered the dog door easily. We have had a few meet and greets with the resident cat. 🐈 phew It’s a bit scary when she hisses and swipes, but they are persevering and will get there I’m sure.
Amber is a very intelligent, gentle, loving girl and will fit well into her new family.
